Thanks Peach Business Software!
I have 10+ years experience in the automotive, commercial & industrial spare parts industry & used numerous dealer designed & custom designed operating systems. A few of these systems cost more than an arm & a leg & even promised to do my ironing. I was cautious switching operating systems in the beginning as Peach sounded & looked a little too good to be true due to the many promised features I have been looking for in one package for as long as breath has been in my lungs. Quickly I was shown that Peach doesn’t just offer “noise, bangs & whistles” like competitor products but really delivers the goods & is backed by a customer service team that offers a warm & friendly personality you won’t find anywhere else.
As the backbone of my business the Peach business operating system is continuing to prove to be priceless. With the support team Peach has been 100% customiseable to my requirements & has streamlined many parts of the business. Peach saves me time which saves me money because it does what it says it can & then more. It keeps the simple tasks simple & the makes the shouldn’t be difficult tasks even simpler too. I must also express my satisfaction particularly with the Peach support help desk as it has been second to none, although honestly everyone else I have dealt with in this area have had the personality & understanding of a half eaten arrowroot biscuit. Don’t get me wrong, I have on occasion been left confused by the Peach help desk as information or requests have once or twice been misinterpreted but ALWAYS there has been a quick resolution & nothing connecting directly to our system & explaining a few more times hasn’t been able to rectify.
Finally I would recommend Peach to anyone looking for a solid, serious business OS as the learning curve for inexperienced users is not unrealistic. I assure you that you will not need a major in information technology to operate the system. Hey! & if you get stuck do what we do, make a call & find a smile on the other end of the phone, if you can’t hear the smile, ask for one, the guys & gals on the desk will give you one & mean it, you can hear the difference!
